Compensation, Working Climate and Performance of Employees of Credit Union Company

This study was purposed to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on the employees’performance of Credit Union company in Gunung Sitoli of Indonesia; which was conducted in September 2018 until November 2018. The number of samples used in this study were 30 people. The independent variables in this study are compensation (X1) and work environment (X2). The dependent variable is in employees’ performance. The research results showed that simultaneously work compensation and work environment factors had a positive and significant effect on the performance of workers Credit Union Gunung Sitoli. Partially, the work compensation and work climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work compensation has a greater effect on employee performance compared to that of the work climate score. Indonesian Civil Law in Protection the Costumers in Online Transactions

Many companies use the digital system to speed the market penetration and increase the transaction. But the law and regulations to protect costumers are necessary to protect the buyers. The fraud or scam in business online needs an additional law to general law to avoid and punish the bad traders. This paper was designed in the Sociology of law to analyze the full protection for buyers in digital transaction. Indonesian Law (KUHP) article 378 has regulated the act of fraud, and Indonesian Law number 19 /2016 that changed Indonesian Law 11 /2008 which regulates the Information Technology of Electronic (ITE) in supporting the protection of costumers. It means those Indonesian Law have make the regulations that protect the costumers in the online system, Face book, Instagram, What’s up or other tools. Interest rate and inflation nexus, an application of Granger causality test empirical investigation: A case study of UK

It conducted on United Kingdom (UK) annual data from 1989 to 2017. The time-series analysis used. Both formal and informal method is used to determine the stationary level. For regression analysis, Vector Autoregression model and Johnson cointegration equation used. The result found that interest rate and inflation are stationary at first difference, i.e. I(1). Personal Characteristics and Corrupt Intention: The Moderating Role of Intense Facebook Attachment

Corruption has been also spreading into many areas among public organizations. This phenomenon seriously diminishes and ruins the effective performance of public organizations. The personal characteristics of public officers are commonly blamed for the main cause of corruption wave in public organizations. The main objective of this empirical research is to investigate the relationship between some personal characteristics and corrupt intention base on the concept of public choice and planned behavioral theories. Additionally, the moderating effect of Facebook attachment on the correlation between personal characteristics and corrupt intention is also investigated. Despite the fact that it is empirical research and 600 public officers who have been working for public organization in Laos were selected as target samples and the data was collected by five-point Likert’ questionnaire form. Then the collected data was analyzed and interpreted based on the statistical functions of both IBM SPSS and AMOS. The findings revealed that legal enforcement awareness has a significant negative impact on corrupt intention. Conversely, corrupt intention is significantly and positively influenced by power value. Interestingly, it also found that intense Facebook attachment significantly dampens the positive relationship between security needs and corrupt intention. In fact, consuming news via facebook can significantly diminish the power of security need which is considered as the main cause of increasing corrupt intention. Finally, the research findings and implications are comprehensively discussed.
