Management Quality Improvement for Private Universities in Indonesia

Abstract

This paper studied the management of quality Improvement At a private university in Indonesia that influenced by several factors: leadership, culture and lecturers competence. This is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. This study was conducted in a private university of Indonesia, with the university managers, lecturers, and students as respondents. Data were collected through interviews. Findings from this research revealed that the quality of development should go hand in hand with increased effectiveness of leadership, culture development, and competence development of lecturers, which in turn can synergize with the overall development of quality.
